France Parcel Post Stamp Question

Hello Everyone,

The two stamps on the right are Scott France Q135 and Q136. The one on the left is *not* Q137 as the underlying is APPORT a la GARE 2F 35 .... and I can't find anything like it in Scott...

Any thoughts welcome :-)

L to R: Maury 143-141, issued 1938. Not sure why Scott would omit one.

And Yvert 149.

Scott does have the listing for the 3 F 85 overprint, but has the underlying stamp as the 1 F 45 not the 2 F 35 . They must have just made an entry error there.
