The cancel on this one starts "SZUMSK" followed by a "...KRZ..." fragment. But which Szumsk was this? The one in present-day Mazovia in Poland? Or was it the Szumsk in Volhynia that became the present-day Shumsk, Ukraine? My thanks await some help with this one.

Most likely the Ukrainian one. KRZ might be Krzemieniec (now Kremenets,Ukraine) 30 km from Szumsk

The KRZ might be part of 'Krzyz.' It might be a special cancellation applied at a pilgrimage site.
