No expert, but I do collect China. That looks much too perfect to convince me it's genuine. Centering perfect, paper clean and bright, ink flawless and bright, also the top perfs seem a bit suspicious to me -- but I could be wrong. So many reproductions were made of these early stamps from both China and Japan, that you pretty much have to assume any stamp you are looking at is a copy. If it is genuine, it looks like a very nice one.
