I have never come across this type of "perforations", I believe it to be an imperforate stamp. It is a 409 Type III as my eyes see it. Am I right?

In that case it would be a 482. The S written on the back suggests someone previously watermarked it and the S is located where it's written. Wouldn't be the first time a prior owner was wrong but probably worth rechecking.

So with the Schermack perf would this not be a Scott 482A with a value of about 75k??

No, it does not have the type Ia characteristics. It is type I

No it isn't. Both come with Schermack perfs. But 482A has particular characteristics that are different from 482.
