As usual the Scott Catalogue is clear as mud about these stamps.
Are they as common as the regular issue or are they scarce?
Where they put in use? If so, when?
When were they printed?
Estimated Value?

Per the Serrane Guide:

IMPERFS
#1-2 Reprints: 1866 and 1895.
#3-5 no reprints are mentioned
#6-8 no reprints are mentioned
#9-12, reprints not mentioned, but the 1-centime stamp is forged, lithographed.

PERFORATED stamps
#13-16 Reprints in 1895
#17-21, reprints in 1895, are imperfs from original plates that were stolen.
#22-25 Reprints in 1895

Nothing I know available about value.

Hope this helps, Ray
