As a little boy in the 70s, I started collecting stamps from all Eastern European post-communist countries.
So now I have some albums from the 50s, 60s and 70s.
All my albums are in the Czech Republic, so I will try to sell my albums to some USA collectors once I know how valuable my collection is to the local collectors.
I don't know if US collectors had access to the communist stamps within the mentioned eras.

Please post some pictures of what you consider to be the best, and we will comment. However, the countries you have listed usually issued stamps in very large quantities for very low prices. Just my two cents.

Post-communist countries in the 1970s?

Eastern Europe? You cannot get more central in Europe than most of the countries that were under communist control. Finland lies east to most of them.

Welcome. Despite the attractiveness of many issues from this period, especially those from Czechoslovakia, the stamps can be obtained very cheaply. Unless you have earlier, scarcer stamps, they would certainly not be worth trying to sell and post to other countries. Probably best to try to sell them locally, or give them to a young collector.

If you had the 1980's illegal Solidarity activist stamp issues of Countries like Poland of which there are thousands of different designs you may have something of interest to specialists. These are from the 1981-89 period however.
