Here is an image from my catalogue…



I understand the meaning of everything except the 32 33 & 34 inside the [ ]
This is from the Military section of the catalogue.

Could those numbers refer to a previous catalogue or some other information somewhere?

You are correct, the numbers in [ ] refer to the earlier version of the catalogue. In my version of the Syria section of the French Colonies - Middle East colonies, there is a brief explanation on page L-2 of "orig. 7/00" to this effect.
