I Noticed This With Huntington Precancel

I guess they made special plates for the orientation of a stamp. I noticed these from Huntington W VA. The first one is a 248 PSS designation the other is a 247. Because of the stamp orientation they needed to space the plate differently to accommodate the stamp.
