Could someone please post images of C98 and C98A plate blocks?
It looks like the line perf and bullseye perf for these are completely reversed compared to the other later issues that have both types (C128/128b and C129/132).
In the case of both of the later issues the bullseye perfs meet perfectly at the corners of the stamps and the perf11 line perfs do not.

The question then, does C98 line print have perfect alignment at the stamps corners, while the C98A has misaligned corners, as compared to the other later issues mentioned?

Thank you.

My go-to source for questions like this is the great Bardo Stamps web site --

Mystic is usually good as well, except they only have a picture of the C98 plate block not the C98A--
