Can anyone give me some assistance in distinguishing between Great Britain Scott #152 and 154? The Scott catalog explanation isn't helping me.

If this is about the types I and II of the 1d Downey Head of King George V, the easiest way to tell them apart is the side of the lion at the bottom. It is mostly white on the first and shaded on the latter.
