I've found that 24lb is about as close to what the Harris albums use as could be. Don't know what Scott International uses but I suspect it may be close to Harris. I do have a colllection that includes all of the British Empire (Colonies, Territories, Protectorates, etc). I downloaded all of the Steiner pages for each and printed them on the 24lb paper on my higher end laser printer. Well satisfied how they turned out. Sturdy enough for both mounts and hinges. I do have a couple of albums that are what I call special collections for the empire. Omnibus Issues, Penny Red plates, etc. These I printed on 65lb paper and am well pleased. Hope that helps.
