It is possible the perfss were cut off but the 5kr seems to be a non-perf based on the margin depth around the stamp. Any thoughts on these two - I cannot find anything that shows nonperf.
vayloene - thank you - yes most likely - what resource can I use to find the postal staionery listings? Appears I have another cut out to go with these two? Nice examples by the way.
