The company that supplied the iron for the Eiffel Tower. Must have been excellent quality iron, unlike the rivets on the Titanic.

I have never seen this issue with perfins before. Are the scarce?
Especially since they are the high values of the set.

The iron for the Eiffel Tower was supplied by the Forges de Pompey (Pompey Works) in eastern France, using puddle iron processed from ore mined nearby in the Meurthe-et-Moselle region, with the components then shaped at Eiffel's own workshops before assembly.
