I have this stamp where portions of the Cyrillic are covered and I cannot identify the country. Does anyone recognize it?

Bulgarska Poshta, 15 Stotinki

P.S. The Bulgarian Lev, divided into 100 Stotinki, is due for total abolition at the end of January 2026, to be replaced by the Euro after a period when both currencies were in use. This may or may not be good news for Bulgarians, but it takes a tiny bit of fun out of stamp (and coin) collecting for the rest of us, doesn't it?
