Can't really comment on authenticity of the stamp as I'm not an expert, though the paper, the ink , and the quality of print looks appropriate. However, the value for a fine quality stamp is very modest, around $200, and this stamp is far from fine; therefore, even if genuine, the value of this stamp would be quite low. I wouldn't worry about it. Can't really sell for any more than $20-$30, if you intent on selling it. If this is for your personal collection, then just keep it as a space-filler until you get a nicer copy.
Yes, looks genuine to me as well. Normally I'd soak the hinges off a stamp like that, but I'm afraid you will lose all of that side when the added paper comes loose.
