Greetings! Please help me with this stamp. Is it genuine? The paper is very thin.

Can't really comment on authenticity of the stamp as I'm not an expert, though the paper, the ink , and the quality of print looks appropriate. However, the value for a fine quality stamp is very modest, around $200, and this stamp is far from fine; therefore, even if genuine, the value of this stamp would be quite low. I wouldn't worry about it. Can't really sell for any more than $20-$30, if you intent on selling it. If this is for your personal collection, then just keep it as a space-filler until you get a nicer copy.

Yes, looks genuine to me as well. Normally I'd soak the hinges off a stamp like that, but I'm afraid you will lose all of that side when the added paper comes loose.
