Spink Maury: "impression sur papier jaune (1906)." and
"Note: la variete 'impression sur papier jaune' concerne in papier avec teinte de fond imprimee, comme pour les Sage"

But still would be better in French as "sur papier jaune", n'est-ce pas?

I bet Yvert has the wartime Semeuse papers down as "grand consommé".

thank you all again - at least we know how it should more or less look like and that it is similar to the Sage issue color surfacing. On the other hand, the back of the stamp from the Behr website looks very similar to the front. Perhaps the back of the tax stamp would be interesting if anybody owns it.
