I collect covers - mostly US but if an interesting foreign cover catches my eye, I'll pick it up. Am here to also ask some identification questions - mostly on those foreign covers I have. This is a pair of - well, you tell me. Since it's on cover I cannot check for a number on the back, but I suspect it is the common version with out the number.

You can try and hold it up to light and see inside back of envelope where stamp is, depending on paper type, number, dark area may show through.

Camera and a flash light. Camera on a tripod, holding the object paper to the camera and flashlight through the front. Takes 4 hands but do-able.
