German Cancel On French Stamp?

I have this stamp (Yvert 23) with a Paris Star cancel #26. However, there is a second, partial cancel on the stamp in a rectangular box. I think it is "FRANKREICH" with a 5 underneath and a second, unknown word under the 5. Am I correct? Does anyone know what this is?
