The Postal Service briefly issued Last Day of Sale covers, along with combination First Day / Last Day covers. I have a few.

The USPS did provide for last day of sale cancellations and sold them in the manner of a FDC. However, I do believe the combination First/Last day covers were not USPS, but collector, produced by submitting a FDC with another stamp placed on the item for the LD Cancel.

I obtained all of these directly through the USPS. They all arrived from Philatelic on the same day.
