It has a complete top, and the 'cancellation dot' so to speak, in the colorless oval at 9:00, thus: Ty I, Scott #18, plate 12 C relief.

#19 came only from Plate 4. Plate 4 stamps do not show the cancellation dot indicated by txstamp.

thanks....came from a dealer stock marked 19.....
I did not believe it to be....but could not for certain
disclaim it until now....thanks again
