Just find this odd that the used stamps in the album are green background and the same stamps in a commemorative issue are blue background! Is this a known thing?

The first four were each issued in 25 stamp panes (SC #999, 1000, 1001 and 1002).

The souvenir sheet is SC 1039a.

The colour differences help to identify the pane stamps from the souvenir sheet stamps.
