Dating Help For Two Early Egypt Items Needed.

Good afternoon all.
Wondering if anyone has any dating info on these two early Egypt items? First up is the salt tax stamp, it is cancelled 1893 but when were these first issued, and for how long?
The other item is the inter postal seal, but I can't find any info on one like this, which has a blank centre. Does anyone have any idea when and where the blanket seals were used?

The salt tax stamps came into use in 1892 and were used until 1899.

As per Forbin there were:

1892 First issue: four values (10m,500m,1L, 2L,5L), design shows face value inside diamond shape
1892 Provisional issue: two overprinted values (50 mils on 500m, 100 mils on 1L)
1892 Second issue: five different values (250m,500m,1L,2L,5L)
1896 Third issue: two values (30p, NVI), imperforated design with words 'renewed license 1896'
1897 Fourth issue: one value (NVI), imperforated design with words 'renewed license 1897'

Your postal seal is a Type X from 1887. The postal stamp was supposed to be applied in the blank center which obviously did not happen in your example.
