Poll Question:
As I try to get reacquainted with my collection after a 20+ year hiatus it occurred to me that, even at 10 or 15% of catalogue, its value is not insignificant.

I'd like to hear from the members regarding their views and experiences with collection insurance, and also get a sense of the relative percentage of poll respondents that have taken steps to protect their collections from loss.

Results:
I do not have collection insurance.   56% 34 votes
I have not considered collection insurance.   11% 7 votes
I looked into insurance but did not follow through.   10% 6 votes
I have collection insurance.   23% 14 votes
I am insured and have filed a claim.   0% 0 votes
