Hi,

I cannot find information about this stamp. Maybe you know what is the year or have other information.

On back as you can see : West indian...

It look like a 1953 stamp but seem to be more older...

Hi Revstampman,

This is not a 1954 stamp on a paper piece. this is an entire stamp. There is no perf. I add a better pictures. It look like a newspaper stamp but it is not that.

Your item looks a lot like a cutout from an Air Letter such as this:
