I just found scott # 247-252 1902 Type 1 in unused condition in this old album.. 1 to 12 Chahis overprinted with a rose..
200.00 US if they weren't hinged..

why oh why don't people use proper mounting methods and storage when it comes to stamps.

When they were placed in the album, hinges were the only choice!

Collect British Empire. All catalogue values prior to 1937 are deemed to be for hinged.
