I know alot of you out there love Canada stamps so I scanned in a page I'm working on for your pleasure...

before they go in new book and are much harder to scan...

I don't know how long I'll host this image its kinda large...
long enough that this will drop off the new list.

man they look ok until you zoom in with a scanner glad my eyes are not that exact!

How interesting is that QV Bill stamp?

I mean, who would produce a study of the Queen
resting her chin on her hand.

I don't know what a QV bill stamp is yet, so I don't know if that's a "funny" I'm on row 3 :)

the Queen in her "widow's weeds" no small crown,
and what appears to me to be a study in abject boredom.

It does stand out! Funny how we get used to the formality and impersonality of Royal images. This one feels almost like a personal portrait of her caught off-guard.

See Canada #s 46 and 47 for same portrait on a regular stamp.
