Tina most FDC's start at $1.00, but I don't have my catalog at work to give you a more exact figure. Yours looks to have an Artcraft cachet and the stamp is #1233 Emancipation Proclamation. If I don't have it already I would consider purchasing it from you, since it relates to my Lincoln topical collection.

Tina.....

Most FDC's before July 7 1971 sell for 50 cents to about $4.50....There are exceptions for certain cachet makers....Dorothy Knapp being the main one....and for covers with higher face value stamps......After 1971 Postal officials decided that a first day cancel could be applied up to 30 days AFTER first day.......since then it has been extended to 60 days.....because of that NOT ONE CAN BE SAID TO BE AN ACTUAL FDC ! most can be found for 25 - 30 cents each. The exception would be a real item of mail.
