An interesting stamp I recently found. Is it a true precancel or just a SON regular post office cancellation of some sort? In any event, it was way over-inked.
That one is just a box cancel - it can't fit on the next stamp beside this one. Ottawa has only two precancel types listed, so it's easy to rule out your copy.
