I think PHILADELPHIA precancel is common on parcel post stamps. But how about double and/or inverted one such as this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...52Fodw%253D?

In my old Hoover catalogue, that precancel is worth about 5 times as much when it is doubled and inverted. The current PSS listing is for type L-41, priced at $5.00.
