Just came across this:

Anyone care to comment about it? My observations/questions are:
[1] Is it a true precancel, albeit extremely off center and inverted?
[2] Is it a double overstrike precancel?
[3] What type of precancel is it?
[4] If you focus on the nose of the portrait in the second stamp, it appears that there is a faint imprint of the precancel in the correct orientation. Is this an unusual occurrence and/or is there a theory on how this may have occurred?
Thanks in advance for your comments.
