Can anyone help me identify these Czechoslovakian revenue stamps?

They're Czechoslovak revenues in a design first issued in 1961. They're were four sets with different perfs (9½, 11 or 13) or zigzag roulettes between the two parts of the stamp.

Thanks. The 10 kcs is perf 11 between but the 2kcs is perf 14. What catalog lists these stamps?
