Could be cleaned. If it is, it's not cleaned enough, with all those darkened areas.

yeah, I see remnants of cancel. to many dark spots to be a mint stamp.

I could probably live with the condition along the bottom if I had to, but I don't think I could live with the significant thinning evident at the top.

it is laughable.. here is how the idiot is describing it.

"#38 mint XF NG '09 Cat $1800.00 Remarkable Good Centering! Oxidized - Small thinning at upper margin" he wants $450.00 for it..
