Hi,

There is something like perforation line on top of this stamp. At the bottom, maybe there is something but very pale.

Is it possible?

Thank you!

Hi,

I add back picture. Gum seem to be OK and I don't see perforation.

Looks like it was the bottom of 2 sheets that were flattened after perforation. BEP flattened sheets before gumming and perforation and a 50,000 pound press. Maybe they ran some through flattening again for some reason.

Thank you Russ... It look like something like that. It is weird and special stamp for me. I've never seen that before.
