I've typed most of my basic Springfield, MA precancels, but I'm not sure if I have this one right, which I think is a Type 471:

Sorry if I'm posting some basic precancels, but I'm just starting to get into identifying the correct types and since I'm still hew at it, I'm not always sure I have it right so I would appreciate some confirmation.

As always, thanks for your help.

If is is any other it is a type 205 Lettrs 3mm & 1mm between city/state bars 12.5mm apart,
While 471letters the same lines 12mm apart gap between city/state is greater

Thanks for confirming the precancel type. I checked the "mm" measurements and it fits! I'm now getting my MA precancels in some semblance of order...thanks to all of your help. It's appreciated.

Another question on Springfield, Mass. precancels. Here are two similar (but different ones). Apart from one being a coil and the other from a pane of stamps, is there a difference in the precancel types or are they considered within the standard for the same variety?

(The thickness of the bars seem different, as does the spacing on the word "Springfield".)

They are considered the same for the basic Bureau print catalog and collection. Slight differences can occur when billions of stamps are overprinted over the course of 20 years.

Thanks. I figured it was something like that because there is no specific precancel type that fits it otherwise. I'll just chalk them both up to being Bureau Type 61's.
