Scott 528B (Type VII) with flag cancel from Palatka, Fla Sep 21, 1921 over struck wil flag cancel from Hoopeston. Ill Sep 24, 1921 forwarded to Danville, Ill.
Both flag cancels applied by American Postal Macine Co. (Boston, Mass) Model A14.

Interesting. I've been to Hoopeston IL a few times when I was a scout for weekend Trek.

You should consider submitting that scan to the International Machine Cancel Society ( http://machinecancel.org/ ) as an offering for their "Cover of the Month" category.
