Can anyone help me catalog these (if there is any number available) and maybe know a near value. It would help me get these into my book. Thanks in advance - Jeff

Hi Jeff,

These are Custom Duty stamps issued in 1912. The 1c green is 'FCD1' value $0.50/$0.15 and the 2c carmine is 'FCD2' value $0.75/$0.15. (Unused/used).

These prices, like the Quebec registration thread are 1991, and a slight increase probably occurred in the pricing.

They also come in two sizes because there were wet and dry printings.

Catalogue Values are the same for both sizes in the current (2009) E.S.J. van Dam Catalogue.
