This is a German 20 pfennig? blue stamp with a 1 piaster overprint. The postmark reads NTINOPEL so I am thinking Constantinople, but that's about all I know about this one. Can I get some help with an id and maybe near value. Thanks - Jeff
Germany Offices in Turkish Empire Scott #3 1884 1 piastre opt on 20 "pfennig" (black ovpt) Value for used is $4.25 (Scott 2007) But looking at your copy that is damage the value would be less. There is reissue
