Just an idea because I love these covers - particularly those that are created by someone just doing it for a lark because they know that there's a collector somewhere in the family. I have a few but I will start things with this one just because it's so obviously - "Hi Aunt Martha. I'm here and look at all these neat stamps!"

Close but no cigar on the FDC. Going by the letter because the postmarks are really too smeared to be sure, it's the right month and year for the Elizabeth set but not the right date.

Here's another accidental cover. Looks rather pedestrian on the front.





But if you flip it, there is magnificent overkill.





Now if I were the receiving secretary, that letter would go to the top of the day's pile of correspondence.
