As best as I can tell this must be a Type 632 inverted double-line precancel for Uniontown, PA:



However, I am puzzled by what looks like double-lines next to the city name. At first I was thinking it could be a double-strike, but I see no evidence of any second city or state name, so was it normal that the double line was included on the same line with the city name or could it be just a sloppy handstamp that resulted in the look?

wt1, Perhaps this is first stamp of device strike. lines to left is from last stamp on previoun strike
