I was happy to get these new ebay lots. The Philippines 16 cent is not one of the common denoms - and its so pretty [to a collector anyway]. The Baltimore has a well known error - can you spot it? The Springfield looks like a piece of junk, but it is PSS-122 one of the rarer coil machine precancels. I only need one more type in the PSS-1xx series - Dallas-116.

Nice, what does the "A" on the Manila indicate? On the middle one, can you give us any moer hints?

I had heard about the "Baltimoer" error before, but had never seen a copy. Nice find!
