Found this in a packet of precancels for Kansas City, MO. I'm guessing it's not a precancel but merely an over-inked box cancel of some sort.
Anyone seen an example like this to confirm?
On the same subject, would this be considered a precancel? If so, what type?
The recent posts about MO precancels inspired me to pull out my collection of precancels for that State. Now it raises a number of questions for me.
