New Salem, Ma (L-1 Hs) - Postmark?

Probably the most unusual precancel (so far!) that I've required, I'm wondering if this is what looks like a Universal dial postmark sans the date slugs? Note the start of another one to the right on the 1c and a piece of another at the extreme left on the 3c.

New Salem is an isolated small town in west central Massachusetts that borders the Quabbin Reservoir (supplying water to Boston), so while it claims to be the sixth largest town in the State, much of it is off-limits as it is wetland protected areas bordering the Reservoir.
