I have acquired a small collection of stamped envelope covers overprinted for official business. Some are used, some unused. Below is a used example.

My assumption is that the enclosed item was an order form for equipment and supplies.

My Scott Specialized catalog does not make reference to these overprints, that I can see.

Okay guys, I am having a devil of a time finding this in the specialized catalog. It seems like a U93 design (Die 2), but I find no 6 cent u93's listed (or I am suffering from catalog blindness). Any ideas where I should be looking?

Catalog blindness, what did I say. You guys are the best. Wow, $4 2008 cat for used. More than I expected.

Meant to add it has a really nice Watermark 29.

Scott does not do a good job with postal stationary an barely mentions penalty covers. Your is very nice paying double rate.
