It might be just me, but I find it a bit underhanded to buy it when its clearly meant for another poster, but thats just me and my opinion.

The forum email system is a useful tool to point out a specific item on ebay (or Amazon, or abebooks) to a particular poster.

If he had wanted it, he would have bought it. Whether you bought or someone else, doesn't matter.

Ketchum.. is someone else not known on this list would have bought it, you wouldn't have made that statement. It was unfair of you.

If you want to post a link for someone then you should ask the others for first refusal. Others don't have to abide by it, but I think most would.

And Barb has been looking for catalogs since day 1 of her joining.
