OK so I looked at the Revenue site and I think this is R5b. I can only see a partial date, but that goes with the partial perforation. Stamperdude, stampvirgin, anyone care to confirm.

it is entirely possible as the R5 can be imperf either Vert or horiz.
Check it against the revenue site I gave you earlier.

Color is fine but the top and bottom margins are too tight to preclude being a trimmed R5c, in my opinion.

okay revenuecollector - gonna change it from 5b to altered 5c, thank you. Did you happen to see the Cigar and cigarette stamps I put up today. No one seems to have the right reference books, was wondering if you might??

I was going to say that, because I suspect it is trimmed, but decided to go for the positive and say it could be an imperf.
