I am not sure what I am looking at here. I have a two dollar documentary that appears to have a large 2 overprint as it does not appear to be part of the cancel that can be seen running diagonally. Does anyone recognize what I don't. Thanks - Jeff

It's R191, cataloging for $2.00. Check your Scott catalog; R190-R194 are all surcharges of different values.
