My guess would be a Scott's #92 as it appears to count out to an "F" grill. Catalog value for a fine used copy is $550.00 US, Real world value is anyone's guess and could go from $100 - $300 for a fine used copy. Yours has bad centering and the perforations in the shape they are in would reduce the value. It also might be an "E" Grill (Scott# 86) which carries the same value, one of the more knowledgeable guru's should be along shortly to either confirm or deny my assessment.
