Thanks for sharing.
One cover is actually from my neck of the woods.
The Pony Express from Montesano to Tumwater, about 50 km, a nice days ride.
A surprising cover since this area is not really horse country.
It is forested with lumber and shingle mills.
Tumwater, though, is an attractive destination for a tired rider. It is the site of the "new" Olympia brewery.

Steve, I believe those came from the former Joseph Liwak-George Claflin-Joseph DiBenedetto-Morris Seidel-E Geiringer-McBrien and Held collection that I purchased yesterday. If you could send those along to my address, it would be greatly appreciated. I have been looking for them. - Jeff (Nice covers)

I didn't realize you collected covers Steve. Is there a theme or specific country you collect.

Dianne,

I don't go out of my way to collect covers, but I keep them if they come my way. I use to collect them when I was a kid, so most of the covers I have are pre 1970. Therefore these U.S. covers fit right into my collection.
