Scott 35 Not 34 - Advice Please?

The person had this in the stamp book under 34 and I think it should be 35. Advice please.

Hi there.
The lines down the sides certainly seem to be missing, but it that due to being cut a way, as in a type v (35) or due to fading? In some spots there seem to be faint lines. Nicely centred though.

It appears that only 1 complete pearl and part of second on each side
