OLM is likely an owner's or expertizer's mark.

This item is not a Scott 148, because the shading lines in the lower, left ribbon are darkened on the left side ... likely making it type A47a Scott 159 OR Scott 186 ... the difference being the paper type. I'll have to defer to the experts for that answer.

The writing on the back is in pencil ... almost certainly an owner's mark.

As pointed out by Rileysan, the left ribbon has the secret mark of the 4 shadung lines being strengthened. The stamp is a Scott 186 with the soft porous paper.

These all appear to have the shading in the left ribbon but I'm still having difficulty making the call on paper type -- any help will be appreciated!!
